How It Works

Each piece is made to order with your personalization. Simply provide your coordinates and preferred color palette at checkout. We’ll create your design and ship it within 7–10 business days. Since we print each order individually, your canvas is uniquely yours.

Care & Maintenance

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct moisture and intense sunlight to preserve the colors. Your canvas is built to last and will maintain its beauty for years with minimal care.

Shipping & processing

Processing time

Most ready to ship items hit the mail within 1–5 business days.
Personalized and handmade items (trail signs, ski racks, coat racks): typically take 5–15 business days to ship.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Our handmade signs, ski racks and coat racks ship free within the US on orders of $50 or more. Some items, including products from our partner makers and burned wood art, have shipping charges shown at checkout.

Multiple packages

Many items are made and shipped directly by the small makers we partner with, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Carriers and delivery

We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after shipping, depending on carrier and location. Upgraded shipping may be available at checkout.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

Returns

Most items we sell are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Personalized and made-to-order items (such as personalized trail signs, racks and printed canvases) are final sale, except for personalization errors on our part, defects, or damage during shipping. If something isn't right, please reach out. We're happy to work with you.

Exceptions

Burned wood art: returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Candles: we're not responsible for damage during shipping, but we will work with you to address any issues.
