Processing Time

Personalized Items:  Orders generally take between 5-15 business days to process and ship from the time the order is placed.  Please contact me directly at chris@singlechairstudios.com if you are in need of an expedited item and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as we can!

Non-Personalized Items: Orders generally will take between 3-7 business day to process and ship from the time the order is placed.

Shipping

We currently are offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

Our standard shipping carrier is UPS ground, however we offer upgraded shipping options as well. Other carriers we use are USPS, FedEx and DHL International.  Shipping generally ranges from 1-7 business days (domestic), depending on the selected carrier and location.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to local import taxes.  These taxes are not included in the original purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer to pay, when appropriate.
