Personalized rustic trail signs! All of our signs are hand-made using high quality wood, paints and materials. Located right outside of Denver, Colorado, our signs are created in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains and "made to order", specifically tailored to your liking. Our signs are made using premium chalk paint and finished with polyurethane for a realistic and rustic look and are equipped with sawtooth hangers on the back for easy wall mounting. Signs are intended for indoor use only.

Distressing options are available upon checkout and are as follows:
Option 1 - Wood not distressed - paint is not sanded

Please note that our signs are made from natural pine wood and each one will have variations, including knots and varying grain patterns. Please be aware when ordering that the sign will have these natural features!
Graphics Options: We can fulfill most graphic requests so feel free to explore a sign outside of the traditional trail markers! Please review our posted pictures for sample sign graphics and feel free to request something not shown! Please note, all of our signs are done in CAPITAL LETTERS by default. Processing time
- Most ready to ship items hit the mail within 1–5 business days.
- Personalized and handmade items (trail signs, ski racks, coat racks): typically take 5–15 business days to ship.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Our handmade signs, ski racks and coat racks ship free within the US on orders of $50 or more. Some items, including products from our partner makers and burned wood art, have shipping charges shown at checkout.
Multiple packages
Many items are made and shipped directly by the small makers we partner with, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Carriers and delivery
We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after shipping, depending on carrier and location. Upgraded shipping may be available at checkout.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Returns
Returns
Most items we sell are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Personalized and made-to-order items (such as personalized trail signs, racks and printed canvases) are final sale, except for personalization errors on our part, defects, or damage during shipping. If something isn't right, please reach out. We're happy to work with you.
Exceptions
- Burned wood art: returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Candles: we're not responsible for damage during shipping, but we will work with you to address any issues.
To start a return, email chris@singlechairstudios.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
