Breidtinden is the highest peak in the Lyngen Alps, standing over 6,500 feet and famed for its sharp ridges, glaciers, and stunning views over the fjords. This candle captures its rugged alpine spirit with a topographically accurate 3D wax peak, making it both a functional candle and a lasting keepsake.
Choose from scents inspired by the mountains themselves: Fir, a crisp and woodsy evergreen blend layered with cypress, cedar, and moss for a cozy walk through the forest. Or Wildflower, a bright, uplifting floral scent that captures the feeling of relaxing in a sunlit alpine meadow.

Processing time
- Most ready to ship items hit the mail within 1–5 business days.
- Personalized and handmade items (trail signs, ski racks, coat racks): typically take 5–15 business days to ship.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Our handmade signs, ski racks and coat racks ship free within the US on orders of $50 or more. Some items, including products from our partner makers and burned wood art, have shipping charges shown at checkout.
Multiple packages
Many items are made and shipped directly by the small makers we partner with, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Carriers and delivery
We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after shipping, depending on carrier and location. Upgraded shipping may be available at checkout.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Returns
Returns
Most items we sell are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Personalized and made-to-order items (such as personalized trail signs, racks and printed canvases) are final sale, except for personalization errors on our part, defects, or damage during shipping. If something isn't right, please reach out. We're happy to work with you.
Exceptions
- Burned wood art: returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Candles: we're not responsible for damage during shipping, but we will work with you to address any issues.
To start a return, email chris@singlechairstudios.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
