Burned Wood Artwork

These burned wood prints are custom, one of a kind art pieces that can hang on the wall or lean on a surface.

Each piece of wood is cut down to size, edges are routed to a round finish and the 3/4" edges are torched leaving a black char.  Electrical currents are then sent through the wood in a process known as Lichtenstein.  The electricity takes a natural course through the surface of the wood and creates spectacular lightning-like effects. 

To finish the piece, a computer-based image is then printed directly onto the wood surface leaving a stunning piece of artwork to hang in your mountain or lake house home!
